JYP Entertainment has officially announced its stance against a malicious tweeter.
JYP issued a warning against a certain netizen who was sexually harassing Wonder Girls member Sohee through twitter. The warning specifically stated that if the twitter account didn’t stop the malicious tweets and delete the previous ones, the company would take legal action.
As a follow-up measure, JYP released another statement on April 17th saying that the company will not take the netizen’s comments lightly. A lawsuit for contempt and the violation of the law on telecom networks and information protection against A was filed on April 16th. The company then proceeded with the necessary investigations on the 17th.
