Following the announcement that Song Joong Ki would be visiting Singapore on 20 May 2012 for a high-five fan meet, Colored Rhythms has just announced that it will not proceed further as the organizer for Song Joong Ki’s 1st Asia Tour Fan Meeting 2012 in Singapore “Thrill & Love,” due to unforeseen circumstances.

According to the Singapore-based event company, there may be a new organizer taking over this planned event.

Fans who have purchased tickets for this event will be able to get full refund on their purchase. For those who purchased their tickets via the use of a credit card, the refund will be automatically credited back into their card.

However, for those who have purchased their tickets by cash or NETS, they may proceed to the SISTIC office at the Singapore Indoor Stadium between 2 to 9 May 2012 with their original ID and tickets to obtain the refund.

SISTIC will also contact the affected ticket holders via phone or email from 30 April 2012 onwards to assist with the refund procedures.

The Colored Rhythms team had expressed their sincere apologies over the inconvenience and shared that they would “strive to work even harder and hope everyone will continue to show them your kind support in future.”
