SM Entertainment‘s upcoming SBS drama ‘To the Beautiful You‘ has rolled out with a list of cast confirmations!

Actor Lee Hyun Woo has been revealed to be in discussion for a role (whether he has been confirmed or not is not certain at this point due to discrepancies in various Korean media reports). Once he is confirmed, he will be taking on the role of a soccer player who believes he is the best at everything.

Kang Kyung Joon and Gi Tae Young have formally accepted their casting offers. Kang Kyung Joon attended the drama’s first script reading on June 7th for his role as a cool but comical track coach. Having been discharged from the army last year, this will be his return to the small screen for the first time in a while.

Gi Tae Young will be playing the role of ‘Jang Min Woo’, a school nurse who comes to the aid of Sulli‘s character. A representative of his agency confirmed, “The character is unique and mysterious, so Gi Tae Young felt that he could trust the writer’s work and show another side of himself as well. He’ll be involved in a love triangle with Lee Young Eun, another teacher at the school, and Kang Kyung Joon.”

Yesterday, Seo Jun Young was confirmed for the role of the head leader of the dorm shared by Minho and Sulli, while ZE:A‘s Kwanghee was confirmed to play Minho’s friend. Go So Young is currently in discussion to play a chairman of the board. INFINITE‘s L also still seems to be in discussion as well for there hasn’t been recent news confirming nor tuning down the role yet.

Also confirmed recently are Kang Ha Neul (playing the role of Minho’s rival), Ahn Hye Kyung, and Lee Han Wee.

Stay tuned for updates until the drama’s pilot broadcast in August!
