On June 7th, Secret's Japanese website was updated to promote the group's upcoming Japanese single release, “Twinkle Twinkle.” The title track, “Twinkle Twinkle,” was chosen as the 1st ending theme to “Naruto SD: Rock Lee and his Ninja Pals,” which began airing in early April.

A preview to the B-side track to the Japanese single, “First Kiss,” has been released through the girl group's official Japanese website, along with a new site layout. In addition, the official lyrics to the tracks was also released on the site.

“First Kiss” is a uptempo track with some hints of rock influence as heard by the heavy guitar and drums. The song also has mixes of string instruments as well.
