2PM's “High Five Event” in Japan was swarmed by at least 96,000 fans, as they promoted their new single “Beautiful.” 2PM, who is currently in the country to promote their new release, held a special event for their fans in Osaka on June 9th and Makuhari Messe on June 16th.

Despite the bad weather, at least 26,000 fans turned out for their “High Five Event” in Osaka. Meanwhile, 70,000 fans turned up on the same event at the Makuhari Messe on June 16th which lasted for six grueling hours. These special events were reported to be the largest scale amongst 2PM's other “High Five Events.”

Taecyeon, on the other hand, wasn't able to give high-fives to his fans due to his recent arm injury but gave out “OkCat” trademark stickers instead.

2PM is currently promoting their new single “Beautiful” which was released on June 6th and managed to sell 140,000 copies in its first week.
