Park Jinyoung (JYP, J.Y. Park) garnered much interest from the netizens today for his controversial outfit at the 6th annual “Mnet 20's Choice Awards” today. On June 28th, Park Jinyoung joined the rest of the music industry and stepped into the blue carpet wearing an unconventional attire.

He was spotted wearing a long black skirt, paired with a sleeveless shirt and bow tie. While talking to the press present, Park Jinyoung revealed, “This is an awards ceremony after all, so I've decided to wear something classic. But then, because the theme is a pool party, I matched a skirt here.”

The said styling on the blue carpet of the show caught the attention of the netizens, who began to leave comments via Twitter.

During the press conference, Park Jinyoung also talked about Wooyoung's first live performance on the show and revealed that the artist wasn't satisfied with his performance. He was further quoted saying, “The stage was quite slippery. It didn't live up to his expectation and I also feel that he did so much better during his practice last night.”

Park Jinyoung was also awarded at the ceremony and received the “20's Choice Do's Don't's” trophy.
