After a year, 2NE1 has released their new track, “I Love You,” online at midnight on July 5th, and it has been sweeping the charts since then.

At 8AM KST, 2NE1 held first place on the real-times chart for Melon, Mnet, Dosirak (Olleh Music), Bugs, Soribada and Cyworld Music. In addition, 2NE1's “I Love You” can be viewed in 2nd place on the U.S. iTunes Electronic Chart.

2NE1's “I Love You” is unlike the group's past hit singles as it features a new sound and melody of electronic-pop with refreshing lyrics.

Since their debut, 2NE1 has covered an array of music genre including hip-hop, electronic, reggae, R&B and ballad. For the first time, 2NE1 has sung about the topic of love.

Prior to their comeback stage, 2NE1 has unveiled image teasers showing their strong style with a feel of sexy and femininity for “I Love You.”

2NE1 will have their comeback stage on SBS Inkigayo on July 8th, where they will perform their new experimental track for the first time.
