On June 23rd, 2012, eight of Korea's top pop music acts attended the “K-Pop Festival Music Bank” in Hong Kong. As part of Music Bank's World Tour series, the event marked KBS's Music Bank's first visit to Hong Kong. Emceed by Lee Jangwoo, UEE, and Crystal Li, “K-Pop Festival Music Bank” in Hong Kong, featured artists Infinite, TVXQ, Wonder Girls, BEAST, CNBLUE, f(x), MBLAQ, and IU, who performed in front of a sellout crowd at the AsiaWorld-Arena.

Kicking off the concert with a dramatic performance of “This Is War”, MBLAQ went on to perform “Oh Yeah”, showcasing their intricate choreography and dance skill. f(x) then hit the stage with their upbeat tracks “Hot Summer” and “Pinocchio (Danger)”. f(x) members Victoria and Amber spoke to the crowd in Mandarin, bringing many cheers from the crowd, as the group prepared for their final stage of “Electric Shock”. BEAST then performed a special cover stage of T-Max's “Paradise” off of the “Boys Over Flowers” OST. IU then wowed the crowd with her performance of “You & I”, following up with her energetic performance of her pop rock track “Hey”, and finishing her set with her hit song “Good Day”. Next, CNBLUE rocked the crowd with “Alone” and “Love”. The rock group then finished off their set with a smooth performance of “Hey You”, bringing much applause from the Hong Kong crowd. IU and MBLAQ, dressed in matching outfits, left the audience in awe as they danced and performed a cover of “Rainism”. Drawing loud cheers, Infinite began their set with “BTD”, continuing on to fill the stage with their presence as they performed “Be Mine” and “The Chaser” to close their set. Wonder Girls lit up the audience with “Tell Me” and “Nobody”. As member Lim spoke to the crowd in Cantonese, drawing many cheers, the group finished off their set with “Like This”. f(x) then returned to the stage with a special performance of “Tian Mi Mi”, singing verses in both Korean and Chinese, as Yonghwa of CNBLUE sang a solo performance of “Try To Remember” from the musical “The Fantasticks”. BEAST, dressed in white suits, then performed their set, beginning with “Shock” and finishing with “Beautiful”. Finally, TVXQ electrified the crowd with “Keep Your Head Down”, “The Way U Are”, “Mirotic”, and “Maximum”. All of the artists then returned to the stage, performing Arirang and covered “Run To You” by DJ Doc to finish the setlist for Music Bank in Hong Kong.
