The producers for the KBS radio show “Super Junior's Kiss The Radio” released an official apology after accidentaly playing KARA's unreleased comeback track.
On August 16th, the show played KARA's new track “Pandora,” which isn't due to be released until August 22nd. Netizens flocked to the show's online page to complain and asked for an apology.
Through Twitter, a production staff explained that the producer behind the incident, selected the track as it had already passed deliberation. However, the producer failed to check the release date for “Pandora,” hence the accidental airplay. The show further asked the netizens to not share today's episode.
Meanwhile, producer Jung Hyunjae also posted a note on the website and personally apologized for the trouble caused to KARA and their fans. He admits that it was his fault and did not check the release date of the track, apologizing to the fans who were worried of it spreading.
He also stated that the recorded episode does not include the songs played on the show, and if he does find files of the song shard online, he will also help in stopping it. By the end of his statement, the producer promises to prevent a similar situation happening in the future.
KARA is set to release their 5th mini-album, “Pandora,” on August 22nd, and has already released several image and music video teasers of the group members.
