With the evergrowing Hallyu wave, more and more groups are planning activities on an international level. But it isn’t every day that a group decides to take the extra step and bank on their popularity with a world tour.
YG Entertainment‘s Big Bang is more than willing to spread their influence with their fast beats and infectious lyrics. They have named their tour “Alive,” as part of their promotions to coincide with their comeback album. The tour will begin March 2-4 at Seoul’s Olympic Gymnastics Stadium. Afterwards, they plan to go through 16 different countries and 25 cities in Asia, Europe, and both North and South America.
YG’s partnership with Live Nation, as well as having Laurieann Gibson, who choreographed for many internationally famous singers such as Micheal Jackson, directing the tour, 2012 is sure to be a strong year for Big Bang.
